The Aspen Club’s Professional Performance Program (ACP3) delivers a groundbreaking program, training executives on the power of peak performance through sustainable health changes. The results-oriented approach addresses key success factors at the level of both the mind and body.

Appropriately designed and executed health and performance programs illustrate that health and well-being are priorities for your organization to thrive. The pitfalls of many other wellness programs are that they tend to be one-dimensional in nature, only addressing the physical aspect of health. The ACP3 approach illustrates the importance of balancing the physical, mental, and nutritional factors that impact health, leadership, and peak performance.

This integrated approach helps leaders live healthier, more vibrant lives. It cultivates leadership and peak performance at work, helping executives stay focused in the midst of distraction, express empathy and compassion towards coworkers, challenge assumptions from a place of genuine curiosity, and react calmly and thoughtfully.

To address the difficulty in quantifying the return-on-investment (ROI)1, consider this: A comprehensive analysis of 42 published studies of worksite health promotion programs showed that companies that implemented an effective wellness program realized significant cost reductions and financial gains, including:1

26%

Average reduction in health costs1

30%

Average reduction in workers’ compensation and disability management claims1

$6

Savings on health care spend and costs related to lost productivity and absenteeism for every $1 spent on wellness1
